The kids had an absolute blast at the resort. The water slides kept them entertained for hours, while the adults took in the beautiful views all around. Our room offered stunning ocean views that truly made our stay special. We also enjoyed the spaciousness of our suite, making it easy to relax after a day of activities. The free shuttle to the sister resort was such a bonus, giving us access to more pools and a chance to explore the city without needing a car. However, I found the food and beverage service to be just okay. The dining options could be improved, as some meals tasted bland and didn’t meet expectations given the resort's location. Also, the nearby area had little to offer in terms of dining options, which made us rely heavily on the resort's restaurants. Overall, while we loved the amenities and the kids' activities, a more exciting menu would elevate the experience significantly.

The staff was friendly from the moment we arrived I felt like they were really there for us. The kitchen was huge and while it was missing some appliances the pots and pans were Cuisinart stainless steel which were a nice touch.

It wasn't inexpensive but for the service it was still reasonable.

the air conditioning didn't seem to cool enough. but the margaritas on arrival were refreshing. the kids loved the waterslide. and the ocean views from our room were amazing.
